BACSAC and the restaurant Poulet Purée

Poulet Purée, a funny name for a friendly and oddball restaurant. Rediscovering the traditional French meal, the restaurateur Fabrice Raoult created a place with an unusual décor. The atmosphere is welcoming and the chicks are to be savored! Choose your side: the chattering room, the henhouse for children, the wealthy hen or the terrace.

Fabrice Raoult whished to have BACSAC pots for his terrace, in front of the Tour Horizons (a building built by the factories Jean Nouvel). In collaboration with the landscape designer and co-founder of BACSAC Virgile Desurmont, high Bacsquare and long planters colored in Asphalte were set up.

Trees and plants mark out the space of the terrace by bringing a green atmosphere to it. We can already see ourselves having lunch with our family or friends!
